eDrawings RapidFire Lite allows you to view, print, publish and share your STEP (*.stp, *.step), IGES(*.igs, *.iges) and STL(*.stl) files. eDrawings allows an unlimited number of recipients to easily review, mark up and cross-section your models and provide feedback on product designs without having to purchase any additional software. STEP/IGES/STL support. Ultra Compact Files.The published eDrawings files are substantially smaller in size compared to your original files, making them easy to send by email, even over slow connections. With eDrawings, it's finally practical to send design data via e-mail. Built-in Viewer:eDrawings offer a complete, self-contained communication tool since no other viewing software is needed. In addition, eDrawings viewer can view native SolidWorks parts (*.sldprt), assemblies (*.sldasm) and drawings (*.slddrw), as well as DWG/DXF (*.dwg, *.dxf) files. Save as STL: eDrawings can be optionally exported by the eDrawings Viewer as STL files. Enable Markup: Add markup elements, such as geometric elements, clouds, text and dimensions to your comments using the markup tool. Enable Measurement:Use the Measure tool to measure exact dimensions. Cross-Section: View cross sections of part and assembly files by creating a variety of cross section planes.Data Protection: You can disable measurement and STL export of eDrawings files to protect sensitive data. You can also password protect your eDrawings. Insert Stamps: Insert your company logos and images as stamps in the eDrawings file.
