  - easy to understand the interface - a lot of options and formats - does the job

  - all the options can give you too much to choose from - if I read some of the other reviews, I think it may be too complicated for those who do not have the patience to set up the user preferences

  Pros

  Easy to use with my HP all-in-one. Easy way to PDF a scanned doc.

  would be nice to be able to name the file rather than use numbered default. (Not sure if this is different in latest update - have yet to boot it up)

  Summary

  Started using this awhile back because the HP scanning driver was not responding and tricks for getting it to work from tech forums just didn't cut it. This little program triggers the scan from the HP, creates a PDF, offers all sorts of organizational tools. I generally have renamed files and moved to my own structure using Explorer.

  Pros

  Built-in Database, scan feature, document categorization, import-export features. It has most of the functions I needed and is easy to use. good work

  Could have more functions like folder synchronization, stronger user security

  None from what I can tell.

  Cons

  I don't like how the product description says scan to pdf, but the PDF option is greyed out under the DEMO option! Terribly misleading and wasting time to download such a large file.
