EBT Shopper is here to help you shop with confidence. Using EBT Shopper, you can check to see if a product is allowed by your WIC program. If you are fortunate enough to be shopping at a participating retailer location, you may use an EBT Shopper in-store kiosk terminal to transfer your current WIC benefits from your WIC EBT card to your mobile device.
