Ear Power is a Windows application including different musical instruments. It includes Melody, Rhythm, Intervals, and Chords. Melody teaches the recognition of single notes or little sequences of tones. The sought tones can be played repeatedly. For answering play it on your keyboard or click into the score line, hear and playback notes, sing notes with microphone, write notes, and possible are single notes, short sequences of tones, or melodies. Rhythm teaches the recognition of simple rhythm. The rhythm is played several times. For answering play it on your midi keyboard, tip it on the computer keyboard or click into the score line. On the one hand the played intervals has to be named, on the other hand named intervals have to be played. The chords are played as arpeggios or as harmonies. The student has to guess its name. It is also possible the computer gives a chord name that must be played. Input possibilities include screen piano keyboard, screen guitar, and computer keyboard on computer.
