Build your Contacts List directly from your email inbox with eCM. No more copying and pasting customer details into spreadsheets by hand. eCM includes an Email Parser which can extract any information that has been sent to your email account from your lead capture pages (see our website for free examples). You can even import unsubscriber information and have it update your Contacts List automatically. Working with your Contacts List is as simple as working with a spreadsheet and you can split, combine, and export your List in a multitude of configurations of your choosing. Using eCM means that the one thing that makes your business money (i.e. your Contacts List) remains on your computer and is not accessible by any third party unless you wish it to be, that way you can be certain that your privacy policy and legal responsibilities are upheld. This also means that you can make backups of your lists any time you wish and not have to suffer the complete loss of your list at the hands of a third party if they decide your account should be closed for any reason.
