WinRuler is the app that can replace your tape measure. WinRuler uses your device's GPS functionality to provide accurate measurements of height/width. WinRuler can provide this information in inches, feet, yards, miles, millimeters, centimeters, meters and kilometers. WinRuler is integrated with Cortana - allowing you to measure distance without even opening the app. DISCLAIMER: Due to limitations in today's technology, WinRuler's measurements are only accurate for distances of approximately 3 feet (1 metre) or longer.
