Remove duplicate items from Microsoft Outlook folders and Microsoft Exchange Server.

Duplicates Remover is a powerful and flexible plug-in for Microsoft Outlook intended for the search and processing of duplicates in Microsoft Outlook folders. This plug-in for Outlook processes contacts, notes, tasks, journals and calendar items in Microsoft Outlook folders.

You can use this plug-in for Microsoft Outlook to find duplicates both in a single folder and in different folders. Any duplicate found can be: marked with a flag, deleted, copied or moved to any folder of your choice.

The priority system is used to perform the search for duplicates across several folders. Using the priority system, you can specify, for example, that of the two identical items (contacts, calendar, tasks) stored in the folders "Important Letters" and "Temporary Folder", the temporary folder version should be considered the duplicate and so needs to be deleted (marked, moved).

Don't buy this product: doesn't work

I downloaded and made some tests with the demo version (limited to 5 dup entries). It works fine. When I purchased the full license my headache starts: i couldn't get in my license key (I did it using different manners (copy&paste, typing, praying, crossing fingers, etc)) and none of them worked. So as a consumer I tried to contact mapilab to solve my problem. No solution and no money back.<p>SO DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY: DON'T BUY THIS FAKE PRODUCT WITH NO SUPPORT!!!

When I tried to buy the software, the license key I was sent did not work. It is very difficult to contact the company. The have not responded to emails, and the website makes it almost impossible to contact (no telephone except with "premium support". I'm surprised a company that would produce a product that looked so good, would provide such non-existant support.

For large folders. During the trial you can only find ten duplicates at a time, which is rediculous when you have over 5K contacts.

Tested with 10k contacts aginst 1k contacts. Put duplicates in both folders and it still didn't find them. Left a post on the tech support site and no response for 5 days.
