  Pros

  Pros: Very simple setup, and easy to navigate. Also very easy to add new employees as well. My employees can easily punch in and out, and making any necessary corrections takes seconds.

  Cons: Computer limitations to Monthly Cost is really the only downfall

  Pros

  Good reports. Can customize it for more then one location. All our staff like the ease of punching in and out, it is all right on the screen and they can see their own hours for the week (but not the other people hours)

  May take some time to learn how to use it, but after that it is pretty easy

  Summary

  Our company Glycerin Traders, LLC is using it for more than a year now. Never had a problem. We tried other programs before, but this is the one we choose at the end.

• An excellent, easy to use, product!

  Pros

  Our pediatric practice (Lawrenceville Pediatrics) transitioned from a traditional time clock to TimeFlow just over a year ago. To say that it has made processing payroll easier would be an understatement. The reporting feature has increased efficiency by at least fifty percent, and although it took some members of our staff a little longer to catch on to the new system, we do pretty well now. Correcting in and out times is a breeze, as is approving time off. We're thoroughly pleased with TimeFlow, and would not consider changing to another product.

  Cons

  I wish we could alphabetize the names of our employees. I entered them alphabetically in the beginning, but any new hires just fall to the bottom of the list.

  Summary

  It's a solid, stand-alone product, and will serve any business - regardless of size - well.

• Great Timeclock for small businesses

  Pros

  Makes recording employees' hours [and therefore payroll] a breeze. Robust reporting, and I easily used the data to do payroll though Intuit online.

  Cons

  Remember that there are different passwords for your account on Duoserve.com, to log into the server that connects the software program, and for your login as administrator on the software program itself. The first week I could not find out how to view a particular timesheet summary. Customer Service was responsive, and told me I could accomplish this by creating the report and selecting Print Preview to see it. Not necessarily intuitive, so be sure to read carefully all the instructions that are available.

  Summary

  If the 30-day free trial is available, give it a try. Spend time reading the instructions carefully first, and I think you will find this software will easily meet your needs.

  Pros

  TimeFlow Online is a very easy software allowing employees to request days off, sick leave, holiday, from one or multiple locations. It is an useful software with many advantages, replacing filling papers, and saving costs and time!

  So far I have not identified disadvantages by using this software

  Pros

  As secretary/payroll for a small business I know the importance of time charge. I was having issues with 2 co-workers who said they were not being paid for their time worked. After a meeting with the owner, he added Duoserve TimeFlow Online to all of our computers. I fell in love with it right away! Not only was payroll a breeze but handling everyone's time off requests in one application (instead of piles of papers) with one click was a dream come true for the "Go to girl" like me.

  Cons

  No cons. This software is great!

• Changed my business for the better

  Pros

  I run a small business and I was having problems with my staff time keeping, a colleague recommended this site and it was the answer! now my staff punch in and out and we are a much happier team, no more arguments about hours and payroll runs smoothly, even my home workers love it as they can request time off etc with out having to contact me directly.

  Cons

  I didn't find any, just read instructions carefully!

  Summary

  I would recommend giving it a try as you get a 30 day free trail so why not, I've never looked back...
