Today, many physicians using the AssistMed DUET platform enjoy the convenience of dictating into portable digital voice recorders or using our toll free 1-800 number. AssistMed is pleased to announce an efficient method to collect and import digital audio files directly from your Apple mobile device.AssistMeds DUET Dictate mobile application for iPhone provides healthcare professionals Physicians an ability to dictate and upload the dictation at their convenience and with mobility. In essence, DUET Dictate provides for dictation on the GO.Physicians receive the same quality of service from the AssistMed DUET platform for Dictation and Transcription whether they are using more traditional methods or our new iPhone app.Briefly, the process is described as follows: The app needs to first be downloaded (for free) and installed onto your mobile device. The app is then configured with the appropriate physician credentials, which include: Telephony ID, Telephony Password and Telephony Site ID. These settings allow the mobile device to be uniquely associated with an individual physician. Reports are dictated directly into the mobile device and then securely uploaded into the DUET system. Reports are then transcribed and delivered to the Physician via the DUET Platform in exactly the same manner as jobs submitted via our traditional input methods.
