• Excellent Product Non-Existent Tech Support

  Pros

  Product clones drives and allows you to move Windows server drives to new servers with different hardware. Something that is near impossible to do.

  Cons

  Any form of support appears to be non-existent. Support lines go unanswered even after war dialing hundreds of times across multiple days no one ever answers the phone. The product has a windows authentication type scheme and claims it is possible to register the product by phone. One wonders how it that is possible if no one ever picks up. Tech support emails go unanswered. The companies web site claims emails are answered usually in 24 hours or less. As I write this it's been 7 days and the clock is ticking. I tried to sign up for the discussion forum and have yet to receive my email that allows me to log in to the forums. <p> <p>Use with extreme risk. Treat original data drives as sacred and only mess with drives that have been cloned. If you run into trouble no one will be helping you fix it from DriveWizard.

  Summary

  Don't backup your filesystem with a tool by people who don't know what one is. Grub and LILO are boot-managers for Linux, NOT filesystems! And I believe the nearest-sounding existing filesystem to "ResizerFS" is ReiserFS.

• What a rip-off

  I purchased this product on-line adn waited for a license key. That was two months ago and I still have no key. After multiple emails, they sent me two keys and neother worked. This company is deliberately stealing money from its customers. I now have a non-functional hard drive and I'm out $40.00. Thanks a lot for checking these companies, Cnet. You have both lost my business. Dal

  Summary

  I got a good copy of my drive, so I went to the website to license it, and paid for the license. My hard drive is now unavailable through Disk Management, so I cannot create a mirror, and after 5 days, I still haver no license, no response to emails, and no manageable C drive. I also can't figure out how to turn off all the extra drive management stuff I don't want. I only wanted a clone of a bootable drive, and I paid for the priveledge, but HAVE NOTHING!
