  Cheaper than a product that works.

  Confused by the list of product when they only have 3 products? Yep, I was too. They were not able to explain what to get so I bought them all. A new version came out, same as the old version. Unfriendly stuff that looks like a college exam result written while partying.

  Summary

  Do you own a business, be serious, get a product that works. Total wasted of my money.

  downloaded 55 meg and installed 100+ meg only to find out the trial version only allows 3 pages to be converted. Can't compare to other products.

  The product is great! Even better was the customer service. I made a mistake on my online order. The customer service group quickly resolved my issue. They were such a pleasure to work with, I ended up buying additional software!

  Pros

  This is a great program. Out of all the trials I had of similar software (about 16 other company's) Docudesk was the best. That is why I Purchased it. They delivered on their promise (I requested a activation key for my laptop and they got back to me within 24 hrs). Great service and a great product.

  Does exactly what it says it will. Easy, painless operation. Knowledgeable and friendly staff answered the one question I had in an amazingly brief time. Saved megabucks over the cost of Addobe 8.

  This is junk with NO support regardless of what the UNPDF sales department probably posted itself to like a buyer! I tried the trial which only does one page unlike most others that have a time period. THAT SHOULD have been a clue to me. Once I bought it I found it turned forms into negative images during the conversion to Word Doc (i.e. black boxes / white text) with simple way to correct. Customer support? Non-existent. I emailed them twice and got no reply. There is no phone number listed for the company listed anywhere. I then found another program (PDF Typewriter) and bought that to accomplish my task. It works fine. Bye Bye $39! Hope this helps someone!

  i have tried for some time to save these technical files in pdf form using adobe products but have never successfully been able to do so. <p>by sheer chance i came across your website last week and downloaded your free version of desk pdf and i have found this to be so user friendly i have felt compelled to write to you and praise you on your products. <p>i have now used desk pdf with autocad and a number of other applications and am so very pleased with it. <p>i congratulate you and thank you for desk pdf!

  Pros

  Docudesk Bundle 1 is just the product I have been looking for, for quite some time. It just does everything I want it to do (and more), and it is sooo simple to use which - with my limited expertise with computers - is a basic requirement. In fact I now tend to convert everything in sight to PDF and back again just for the fun of it, meanwhile booing Adobe Acrobat. <p>I did have a problem shortly after installing Bundle 1, but this proved to be minor and was resolved quickly with the friendly assistance of the help desk, who helped without the arrogance of higher deities of other software suppliers I had to consult in the past. <p>To sum up: full marks for DeskPDF and the people behind it!
