- Not sure what the deal is with the negative reviews. I use docstoc a lot to find business document templates for work. It's pretty helpful and they have just about everything you could want. We use it for things like NDAs, Sales Rep Contracts, Marketing Plans, Strategy Docs, ect.

- Nice font choice on web site. That is all I could give them.

- I, and other co-workers found our resumes on their site, without permission. Docstoc appears to spyder the web scooping up any document that they believe they can sell, without getting caught under DMCA. I suspect that they have little or no content that is their own.

- They repeatedly upload materials for which submitters do not have the copyright and it is obvious! When the copyright owner writes to complain, they resort to delaying tactics and require the legitimate copyright owner to fill out forms. Why don't those submitting have to upload forms asserting that they do hold the copyright? Because they don't care! They are making money off of other people's work. Worse yet, they are publicizing confidential test information.

- Disreputable, despicable, dishonest. Don't pay to download material thinking you can use it. In all likelihood the material was obtained illegally.
