DING Does it My Way
jaam1980- Pros

- Summary
- This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
If you operate your own business like I do and try to do all your bookings in one place, DING is a must have tool. Also how many airlines offer a tool like this and support MAC? Thanks Southwest I should mention it also allows me a faster way to get those free airline tickets you can also use without a bunch of restrictions.
A REAL loser

Spew!

- Summary
- This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
This â??programâ?? is not much more than a pointer to the Southwest website. Clicking on one of the buttons takes you the Southwest website. The only thing the â??programâ?? really does is display announcements from southwest. The other thing it does is to install itself into your login items. So Ding is launched everytime you restart your computer or login to it. It does not ask your permission to do this. That said if you do fly southwest a lot and need to make reservations for cars and hotels as well then this program could cut down on a lot of click on their website. For frequent cheap flyers this â??programâ?? could be a really time saver when planning flights.
Doesn't do much but link to Southwest

- This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
I thought that this would have settings for letting me know when a fare became available but it only seems to link to the Southwest web site. There are no preferences. It does send general sales announcements that you use to connect to the web site. Not real useful but I guess it does what it says it does. Crashes on quit.
