In the past 5 years, after trying all existing applications on the market, we realized that our customer's needs could only be met by building our own proprietary data scraper. Extracting large quantities of data simply wasn't enough. We needed an autonomous navigation system with instantaneous data aggregation that could also manipulate data, correlate it, integrate it to our external servers, and ideally one that would recover data if it crashed.
In short, we did it. With Batch Data Collector we've made both our customers, and ourselves, pretty happy.
