Could be, but...

Pros
Simple interface anyone used to Paintbrush or Word Draw can do. Professional project with options for Metric/Imperial systems. Small and fast, with 3D on projections, elevation, etc.
Cons
Unnecessary mouse control makes it difficult to align the 3D workspace (cube) by hand-eye coordination. Limited work space. Too simple, lacks many tools for professional CAD.
Summary
This old underdog could be great when it came by, but looks like it still lacks... May be usefull for someone creating 3D objects but what I need is a floorplan tool.
