• Stay away from this company

  Pros

  I don't know many because all we have had is problems. I suppose the ability to program your own features into the software was a selling point for my dentist but even that feature turned out to be unachievable.

  Cons

  lots, but, most importantly tech support is way below par. Not everyone can solve your problems and it takes way too long for them to solve some issues that other vendors have no problems solving. After one month of loading up our system we still have not been able to use it for anything useful and we keep getting excuses as to why things are not functioning.

  Summary

  I have no idea how a company that touts so much success is hopeless at getting their product working properly. Attempts to reach managment to help us out have proved fruitless. Its like trying to phone a big government department for customer service and you know what that can be like. feel helpless but we spent so much money on buying their software we have to try to get it working....

  The demo only works with 50 patients, you have to pay $499 if you want to use it after that.

  If this software is i would like to have one.

  Cons

  This is only for 90 days i have to download again but my files would erase specially the chart and the picture that i use for record purposes would erase.Can i have one for free?
