DaysPlan is securely accessible from any browser or mobile device. Our time off calendars fully integrate with Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendars so managers can coordinate all events in one place. A powerful and responsive messaging system routes time off requests and approvals between managers and staff members. A useful built-in feature categorizes your staff for different accrual rules. All users in DaysPlan have the ability to easily cancel approved leave. You can set up multiple managers for leave requests. Each manager will get an email notification and view the same summary information for the team. Monthly reports are emailed directly to the administrator and/or employee with an accurate view of used and available PTO. DaysPlan comes with standard days off you can customize to meet your business leave policy. If you're operating under a fiscal, school, or calendar year, we have you covered. Accrual policies can be setup within DaysPlan based on a Jan 1st, March 1st, or July 1st start date.
