DataHouse is a designed to be a simple to use, yet highly effective business management tool. With DataHouse you can manage Contact's names and addresses, Products & Inventory, Sales & Quotes, Purchases, Documentation and Work Orders / Service Orders. There are several built in reports which allow you to analyze all the vital statistics of your business, including sales by product category / country / customer, price lists, sales forecasting.Depending on what you need, DataHouse can be your Contact Manager, Sales & Quote Database, CRM, Inventory Manager, or all of these things. The software is built using Microsoft Access, so can be easily customized to suit your individual requirements.A typical use of DataHouse is to manage quotations for business to business sales. Using the Item Master you can define as many products as you like, each product can have up to 10 custom specifications and a picture, all of which can be included in the quotation which is generated by the database, ready to send to your client.

Another Popular use is the Inventory Management side of DataHouse. By using the stocktake feature in conjunction with Sales orders to deplete stock on hand and Purchase orders to add to stock, you can see how many items are in stock now, and future activity (when goods are arriving / leaving in the future).
