Electronic Service Control is service management software. It provides users with ways to track customers, dispatches, customer collections, service agreements, inventory, and service history. Electronic Service Control s interactive dispatching features complete drag and drop functionality needed to manage your jobs and dispatches. Our EDB (Electronic Dispatch Board) will show you all assigned and unassigned dispatches and allow you to track traveling time, working time, and dates completed. Premium packages including: interactive mapping, bar coding, flat rate pricing, a mobile computing solution, and expert technical support. Our new QuickBooks Pro and Peachtree Accounting interface allows users to integrate their data with QuickBooks and Peachtree. All customer information, invoices, vendors, and PO s are transferred from our system to QuickBooks and Peachtree.
