• I Like the Desktop Share and Not Having to Worry about the Supernode

  Pros

  I like the security aspect of this product. No multi-hopping through supernodes. This product is direct peer-to-peer, which means that only me and my friends are connected. I also like how the company is coming out with new features, like file-sharing and desktop sharing, which is not often seen in softphones. And I like having Internet Radio and RSS Reader in the same application. It will be interesting if they plan to add Internet TV to their list of features. That would be totally cool.

  Cons

  I want to be able to have control of my friends desktop. Right now I can only view it. I wonder if that's only available for the upgraded Enterprise version?

• Simple to Use and Excellent Voice Quality

  It has tons of very useful collaboration features. <p> <p>Voice quality is better than skype. <p> <p>Video calls are also great. <p> <p>Free Voicemail (2 thumbs up) <p> <p>Secure and Standards based (SIP) <p> <p>Better technology as my calls are not routed through other computers. <p> <p>No adware, spyware or malware. <p> <p>Best of all, it is very simple to use.
