• The Best Free internet TV site

  CNET <p>There are a lot of new internet TV sites out there. most of them offer a free trial or preview and then they make you pay to sign up, or are cluttered with ads. I think that is ridiculous... so ive done my research and have found a couple of really decent sites. The first one Id like to draw your attention to is (viewmy.tv) This site has almost 1300 channels from around the globe and counting. it is free to register and they dont ask for stupid details, just your username and email address. It actually streams live channels so you dont have to download any and they have a pretty easy way of finding the channel you want. You can search through genre, country, region or name of the channel. oh and there are no ads either. Check this one out. With over 1300 channels from hundreds of countries, loads of features like channel rating, user recommendations, live chat, profile pages and much much more.

• Wow, Simply Amazing

  Pros

  I have downloaded several other of these type fo programs, but user interface was poor and there was tons of spyware. This one was clean aand the quality was very good.

  Cons

  In the free trail version you only get 5 channels. You need to pay a nominal fee to unlock the other 3000.

  Easy to use anywhere, can find some TV programs without searching on the net for a particular TV station.

  Cons

  Depending on the TV station you choose, the resolution can be excellent or very poor... but that has nothig to do with the software

  Pros

  works very well, lots of channels & easy to use. Everybody is talking about Internet TV. This software gave me a window into how broad the offering is from countries all over the world.

  a lot of weird channels and quality of channels is irregular. I wish I could record the TV shows.

  Huge quantity of TV feeds from all over the world. I like the fact that I can watch TV from my home country or US feeds when I am travelling.

  Cons

  Not all feeds are made in high-quality video. Sometimes the video is a little slow to load.
