• Easy to implement, feature rich, great support

  Pros

  I have tried many different wysiwyg editors and most of them have lots of features, but no attention to detail and reliability. I was a bit scared when I first tried out their demo. However I found it EXTREMELY easy to us. After searching I found that this was the best bet, especially for how much it cost. The interface is VERY easy to use and the WYSIWYG editor is simply a blast to use. I HIGHLY recommend.

  The editor has many functions. I suggest there should be a PDF version of end user guide.

  Pros

  This product and company have no value to a serious business.

  Cons

  Everything you need from a software solution is missing from this product. It's buggy, poor cross browser support, absolutely no support, and the company refuses to respond to even offers of paying them to fix their issues.

  Summary

  Do not buy this editor. Whatever you are using today is better than risking this product.

  Pros

  It works in browsers that are no XHTML Strict.

  Cons

  Does not validate properly in XHTML Strict. Worse still, the customer service is absolutely terrible.

  Summary

  Having used a domain license, we ordered the small business license when we recoded our site in XHTML Strict. The editor did not work in our XHTML Strict web site. Despite being courteous and explaining the problems with the product, 'CuteSoft' refused to give a refund on the license and claimed we had used it for a year, which we had not, we had purchased it a few days before. The responses we received were insulting, rude and discourteous. I would recommend using a free editor such as TinyMCE instead of this product. The customer service has put me off this customer for life and we're $180 out of pocket with a defective product. Steer clear.
