We like everything about this program.
Cons
We can't find anything we don't like about the program, we have also purchased AirDoctor's Refrigerant Manager program and it works perfectly with Customer Service Manager.
Summary
We have a small Heating & Air Conditioning company and this software does exacly what we need it to do. We recommend this software to any HVAC company that needs a cost effective record management system.
This is a high quality low cost software which will allow you to database all you customers and their equipment and service history.

Pros
Many ways to search information and a great way to archive service history.
Cons
It would be nice if this software could intergrate with a windows address book to reduce set-up time. If Air Doctor came out with a refrigerant management software to compliment this program.
