Pros
The program assists in keeping track of all our customer's information and visit reports Also tracks all electronic correspondence. The program interfaces with Outlook for planning of appointments etc. Keeps track of competitor action.
Cons
One or two bugs, some time come up in the program after the release of un upgrade. The develloper however is quick to respond to queries. The program can handle elementary sales data per customer, but I find the use of Excel Pivot easier
