Approve customer accounts to be activated.

Instead of the account activation by default, the admin should tightly control over the registration right from the start. Thanks to Magento 2 Customer Approval, the admin can: Approve or disapprove the new account sign-up. Show message in the frontend in case of pending or disapproved accounts. Notify the admin of the new registers via e-mail. Send e-mail to inform registers of the admin's decision.
