Use control+arrow keys to drag windows far enough to reach bottom controls on small netbook screens.
The low resolution (1024x600) screens commonly used in netbooks can make it impossible to reach some controls on large dialog windows because, using the mouse, you can't drag a window's title bar higher than the top of the screen. Ctrl-Drag allows you to slide the active window in any direction as far as needed to show all parts of it. Option to automatically start at Windows boot-up. Completely portable, no installation required.
