Designed by cyclists, its perfectly paced to keep you on track - without strain. Our 8 week schedule is innovative and simple to follow - just ride 3 days a week and you will be on your way to a 25 mile ride. Couch to Bike is easy to use and simple. It will track you through GPS, show you your distance and your speed. Its the modern way to ride. The audio clues and large numbers make it easy for you to ride and follow along. For those riding on a spinning bike, there are built-in music controls that allow you to motivate yourself without ever leaving your workout. Couch to Bike is great for everyone - whether you have past riding experience, or not. We want to gently train you so that you stay fit - and dont get injured doing so.
