CorrOpti for Windows

CorrOpti is a corrugator scheduling tool that generates optimal schedules. It provides various optimization criteria for the user to select from, including: min trim ratio, max profit, max profit rate, max utilization, min cost, and min time. Furthermore, CorrOpti takes advantage of the allowed overruns and underruns to decide on the exact quantities that will optimize the schedule on the selected criterion.

Despite performing absolute optimization, CorrOpti is amazingly efficient. The efficiency and responsiveness of CorrOpti make it usable in various what-if scenarios related to corrugator scheduling. For order-split control, CorrOpti provides a tool that lets the user interactively maneuver through different sequencings of the schedule steps, and visualize the effects on order splits along the way. Version 3 supports multi-sheet boxes and allows for limited availability of rolls.
