Observe the sky as from any location on the Earth.
CoolSky is a Windows 9x/NT/XP based planetarium program, that offers highly realistic views of entire sky from any place on the Earth. CoolSky is built in OpenGL technology that allows to render celestial objects in the highest possible level of realism. Extensive information about objects is available after single mouse click. It can also smoothly animate solar system objects, create star charts on the printer and display photographic images on the screen.
CoolSky is a great program. Just love it! Beautiful and very easy to use. I definitely recommed it.
My favorite astronomy app!

This is the most interesting planetarium I've seen recently. I recommend it to everyone interested in astronomy. As for The Phantom Reviewer - you have probably tried a quite different program. On my computer everything looks perfect. You shouldn't compare it to those mentioned programs - especially to Coeli which is much below average. I suspect you are the author of one of those apps. This could explain your effort in writing such reviews and why you have submited yours twice.

Do we really need another average planetarium?

Just one more in the recent spate of Cybersky-clones... Seems identical graphically to Mr Czerski's other effort, Astronomica. Indeed, I could detect nothing special or original in the graphical display of the sky here. The grids didn't draw correctly, being fragmented. Poor in features and usefulness, just like Winstars and its ilk. My recommendations: try Coeli, SkyMap, or Mystars -- truly "old reliables" which are unlikely ever to be bettered...
