The CoolComment Editor is a desktop application which lets users personalize their own comments and graphics according to various formatting options. Users can create original comments and choose from a variety of fonts, sizes, colors and glitter effects as well as custom backgrounds to create personalized greeting cards, and then send them directly to personal Web pages and comment sections in popular social networks such as MySpace. The CoolComment Editor targets anyone with their own Web site but is particularly appealing to active users of social community sites. Version 1.2 added greeting card option + custom backgrounds.

I like the idea of the product and the person made it sound really cool, but like some of the others said it won't load on my computer :(

The program continually says "Cool Comment Can't Connect To The Server! Please Try Again Later..." I don't know if it is because my OS is Windows Vista but I would like to give this a try eventually.

I guess for those who don't want to take the time to look up glittery words online this is a good program... Easy to use for young teens
Cons
Takes up alot of RAM on older systems. Doesn't close down completely half the time. Few features. Is not worth the space it takes up on the harddrive. I already un-installed it.

it works great on my parents computer they have latest upadeted version of AVG 7.5

I cant use it on my computer laptopn kaspersky deteced it was a virus so it deleted it from my computer but the latest and updated version of AVG did not detect it as a virus free version or no vree version AVG did not detect it no matter what isnt that funny but true.

I have now downloaded this program 3 times and can not get much of anything from it. The first time, it hung up when it said it was downloading backgrounds. Then it just would not run at all. I uninstalled ( with no trouble) and tried again and though I could get it to work halfway, it would not allow me to select colors, I got an error message when I clicked on "backgrounds" and now that I am trying to upload my own very small file to use as a background, the program appears to be hung up again.

I got it to download, but then it just wouldn't work. After I uninstalled, it left a big pulsating blob of colored bits on my desktop. I tried to reinstall twice and kept getting errors. What a mess. I sure hope I can get rid of that blob!

I'm using this tool not only on MySpace, but also in my own website and blogs, and it's sooooooo cool. <p>They have a new feature now called "backgrounds", so you can send greetings to friends with glitter on them <p>The great part is that it's an editor! on my desktop! no need to login. <p>I love it...

They should have more fonts there. But I guess they will, soon...
