Very user unfriendly company, registration failed

Pros
Easy to use, has very good features. Kids like to play with it. Also the user interface is very well done, very clear. My 4 year old daughter likes to paint with it very much. Stimulate creativity.
Cons
Registering the trial version failed. Tried to copy the license into the registration field. Typed it several times. Nothing worked. I paid 53 euro for Coolpaint which only worked for 15 days. Once the trial period was over, the application stopped working despite the fact it was legally purchased and registered. SoCoolSoft and RegNow where not helpfull at all in solving the problem. It has now developed to a PayPal claim.
Summary
CoolPaint is a very nice application, very much features, very kids friendly. The downside and a reason to be very carefull spending your money on Coolpaint is that the registration failed after the trial period. I did everything possible to find a solution, but in he end I did not receive a single reply from SoCoolSoft and RegNow pointed me back to... SoCoolSoft. They are not so cool at all. When you come in the same situation as us, you loose your money and are stuck with a no longer working program. You are warned!

Pros
The more you use it the nicer you will see that it is. You can paint very nice pictures with it. If you have a picture already, you can do cool things to that, too. You can make all kinds of effects in the DarkRoom. You get layers. There are LOTS of Artist's tools, liek crayons, and chalk, and airbrush, and paintbrush, and a very nice WaterColour. You get a Faerie Pocket, and I like it, only I wish there were some sparkly stars in it =) But you still get some very nice faerie things in it. You can make your paints transparent and so many other nice things that I'm too tired to write them because I want to paint on CoolPaint instead! =)
