Construction Master Pro for Windows

Construction Master Pro is a desktop construction-math calculator that processes building measurements, trigonometric values, and layout formulas within a single calculation environment. The software performs dimensional conversions between the foot-inch-fraction format and metric units, maintaining fractional precision during calculations. 

Construction Master Pro also has trigonometric functions like sine, cosine, tangent, arcsine, arccosine, and arctangent. Built-in construction formulas support tasks like stair layout calculations, roof and rafter geometry, and framing measurements. The calculator also evaluates circular geometry values and structural quantities. A calculation interface organizes numeric input, dimensional conversion, and formula-based results so measurements, angles, and layout values can be computed.

Built-in calculations

Construction Master Pro performs dimensional calculations using construction-specific measurement formats. The system processes feet, inches, and fractional values directly while also converting results to metric measurements. The Right-Angle Solutions module calculates diagonal lengths, rise-run relationships, and angular values derived from right-triangle geometry. Numeric input fields interpret mixed measurements, such as foot-inch-fraction combinations, and convert them into decimal or metric values during calculations.

The Stair Layout system evaluates stair geometry through riser height, tread count, and stairwell opening calculations. Entered riser measurements generate corresponding stair runs and opening dimensions through internal stair-formula calculations. For roof structures, the Roof, Rafter, and Framing solver determines rafter length, pitch relationships, and ridge height based on pitch or rise-run entries. Though it's limited to predefined construction formulas, these calculations translate structural roof angles into measurable framing dimensions.

Geometric tools process circular and polygonal structures through the Circular Geometry calculator, which calculates arcs, circumferences, chord lengths, and segment dimensions from radius or diameter entries. Additional layout formulas include Stud On-Center calculations, which determine stud counts along a defined wall length, and Compound Miter calculations for angled intersections such as arched rake walls. The software also evaluates equal-sided polygon dimensions through side-length and angle relationships.
