Confide is a multimedia application designed for secure messaging, emphasizing user privacy. With end-to-end encryption, it ensures that messages are protected from unauthorized access during transmission. The app features self-destructing messages, which automatically delete after being read, providing an additional layer of security for sensitive communications. Confide is available for various platforms, including Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS, making it versatile for users on different devices.
The application is available in a free version with limited functionalities, while a paid subscription unlocks additional features such as message retracting and customizable themes. The interface prevents screenshots to maintain confidentiality, and all media shared within the app is also set to delete after viewing. While the free version is suitable for personal use, businesses can opt for a paid plan that offers enhanced capabilities for team collaboration.
