The 3.6.0200 update introduces digital sign-off forms for pre-occupancy and warranty inspection deficiencies. After you have completed the walk through/homeowner orientation form, and are ready for final sign-off on occupancy, download completed reviews and have your Purchaser sign off on the completed deficiency list. Digital signatures complete the form and a report is emailed to the owners and internal managers. There are also other enhancements and fixes listed below.
