Additional exercises for coordination and endurance training are also available. Every single one of the 3000 exercises is explained in detail with photos, videos and descriptive text.BASIC. FITNESS AND WELLBEING FOR EVERYONE When you purchase the ComplexCore+ app, you automatically have access to all the ComplexCore+ Basic programmes. These are updated regularly by the providers and aimed at enhancing your wellbeing and helping you to achieve all-round fitness with a variety of training modules.Three different difficulty levels level 1, level 2 and level 3 allow you to start training based specifically on your current fitness level.All Basic users therefore have three different training plans in each of the three categories at their disposal at any time complete with photo, video and detailed description. Login codes are provided to app users who are supervised by a trainer or therapist with a ComplexCore+ software licence.You only need to enter the code once to gain access in one simple step to all the training plans prepared for you personally by your trainer/therapist listed chronologically by date of receipt, you can access all plans in this way at any time without any complicated searching.Training plan view: The individual exercises are displayed in the sequence prepared by your trainer and listed one below the other. Every single physical movement is also described in detail here with the aid of videos, photos and text information.
