• Misleading free trial but looks good

  Pros

  Looks like it does a good comparison of files and finds what it needs. Clearly tells you whether the source or destination has the file and gives you the option to copy from one to the other. Wasn't sure off hand if there's a 1 button to synch/merge entirely the two sources.

  Cons

  They say free 30 day trial. This should be listed as Free DEMO instead. It appears to run fine and did a good job, but you can not do anything with your find until you purchase it. IT specifically says it will not work in DEMO mode when you try, so it knows it is a demo only.

  Pros

  Performs as described! Excellent product. Provides a rapid analysis of your data- summarizes into categories of: duplicate files, newer versions of same files, and missing files. Allows user to specify original & destination (back-up) folders. Gives you total control of back-up content.

  Cons

  Understandably- slows processor speed considerably during analysis, just as any scanning process would (ie- spyware scan, virus scan). Difficult to perform other processor-intensive functions during scan.
