In the Quick Tour section, the second step opens with "For example," but no information follows, while other directions like "Select the exactly item and add it to the email currently edit" prove more confusing than beneficial. Text errors aside, the interface is easy to follow, with large buttons for starting, sending, and saving e-mails. Radio buttons let you choose one of eight options, including creating new styles and templates, adding emoticons, clip art, signatures, and customizing your signature. Select one to view a tree-style list of folders containing the offered selections.

E-mails, including design and text, can be created within the program, but it uses Microsoft Outlook Express to send them. In our tests, the backgrounds and graphics didn't always display correctly when we sent e-mails to various accounts. Considering that newer versions of Outlook incorporate graphics and backgrounds, most users won't be impressed with this app's features or performance.
