• Colorburst is Greedy!!!

  I upgraded my OS to Lion and the issue came out: the old version of Colorburst doesn't work!!! I need to upgrade it or downgrade my OS. Upgrade the Colorburst will cost me almost $700.00.

  Cons

  Also, strongly recommend: Don't buy Colorburst's Epson Bundle version. That will end up costing more money to get full Coloeburst version. and cost more money to for further upgrade.

  This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />One of the nice things about the product is the quality of B&amp;W prints since they use a mode to eliminate the yellow ink and supply quite good profiles for this mode of printing. Since it bypasses the Epson driver all together, a lot of the OSX/Epson print issues vanish. The supplied color profiles look good (I make my own but I suspect most users without this expensive hardware and software will be quite happy with the color). This and ImagePrint (much more expensive) are both nice for the user who wants to print the best possible image quality or for those that want to deal with vector files.

Epson's driver max'es out at 8" x 44". Just try to find another way to print a 12" x 60" panorama on that 2200 - this RIP does it! Try the demo.
