• Pretty good compatible CAD Software for the price.

  Pros

  CMS IntelliCAD 8.2 it's great. Does what I need, it's precise, pretty compatible using tools and files formats, the performance is great and very fast. Support is available at a free support forum, but there's an option for payed support subscription that I did not purchased. License management is great and I can easily shit the license from one pc to another in a few seconds.

  Cons

  A few really minor bugs and misses the "whistles and bells" from the high priced software but I can easily live without them. I've also used other "high priced software" and also got some surprising major bugs.

  Summary

  Awesome. High value for the price.

  Pros

  I'm very pleased with CMS IntelliCAD CAD Software, it's responsive and compatibility with my dwg cad files is great, and I also payed for support in order to get assistance. I got what I've payed for, so I'm happy with it.

• Deceptive/Unethical Business Practices

  Pros

  It's a great CAD program and at $199 for a perpetual license seemed to be a lot more affordable than AutoCAD, but...

  Cons

  Less than 12 months after purchase, the company released a new version, but instead of providing a free upgrade called it a "major release" and asked to pay an additional $150 to upgrade, which was absolutely unreasonable. Just over 12 months after that, the company is completely blocking me from using the software (asked for new license key), this time by saying it's not compatible with Windows 10, even though the license was purchased after Windows 8 had already been released and long after Windows 7 was released and all Windows 7 & 8 programs are supposed to be compatible with Windows 10. In summary, the company tries to scam money off of you every opportunity that they get and paying $350 to use the software for only 2+ years, until who knows what trick they come up with next, makes this software completely unappealing, considering the learning curve involved.

  Summary

  I would not recommend purchasing IntelliCAD from this particular company. There are other companies selling IntelliCAD who appreciate your business and at least don't try to scam you.
