The alarm clock has two modes. First mode you just set the alarm at the time you need and the application advises you when to fall asleep to feel good after you wake up. In the second mode you have to make a choice of different times to set the alarm at if you go to bed right now. Our life is impossible without sleeping. Clocky Alarm takes care of it.
