  - Doesn't save temporary buffers on Logoff since Windows XP - Like others, it can stop feeding buffer when you overload Windows Vista or 7.

  Pros

  I'm from the old school, and I do about all of my web design in a text editor. This little tool allows me to set up clip sets with specifically saved scripts. Whenever I'm editing certain types of code, I can load that particular clip set, and I have all my codes right there. Talk about saving time, this tool does it!

  Pretty much everything. Check this out: When this program is running, (and you can choose to make it do so on startup via the settings dialog) it adds a little icon to the system tray. Whenever you copy text, be it Ctrl+C or menu, it is stored into the clipboard. Note that this is not stored into the cache, as it's still on your actual clipboard (though the author thought ahead and created a "flush current item" command, to move it to the cache). Anyways, now, the one that you just stored on your clipboard can be pasted via the old Ctrl+V. But, with this utility, upon pressing Ctrl+Alt+V, it displays a dropdown menu (like a right click) of the one on your clipboard and everything in your cache. You can choose to delete what is in your cache. There's also a clipset editor, which allows you to change the order of the cached items (the first ten can be accessed on the dropdown with the number keys), delete items, and even edit them. It's really quite exquisite.

  Cons

  That WoodyK9 doesn't know what he's talking about, and is probably too confused to use the clipboard anyways. (It can store up to 64 clips in one cache, and you can save "clipsets," which are permanent caches that you can load and unload at any time. If you really for some reason want to save absolutely everything you've ever copied, this utility can do it. In bits in pieces.)

  It is very useful tool that records several iteration of the copy function, meaning you can past back something even after copying something else after. You can also set it to offer a choice of often used texts for quick paste access to them.

  I have to restart it once in a while because it won't record the clipboard anymore.

  Very low system overhead. <p>Installs on tray by default. <p>Allows me to have lists of things I copy and paste often, great for what I do. <p>The hot key combo is programmable, so in case the default Ctrl+Alt+V conflicts with an existing program, you can change it. <p>Super simple to use !!
