Store annotations or comments for files and folders.

The program allows you to store Annotated \ Comment a file or a folder. The text of the comment, the default is taken from the buffer a text file with the name of the comment forms from the name of the target file or folder with the extension ".txt"

When you install its program shortcut is added to the context the "Send" \ "Send to" Explorer (opens on the right mouse button)

Accordingly, sending a file or folder the program clip-to-txt we have a text file containing the comment.

For example: Sending file mail35.doc program clip-to-txt we get a text file containing mail35.doc.txt text from the buffer.
