Run a new recruitment consultancy business.

The Client and Candidate Coordinator (CCC) softaware package is a multi user Recruitment MS Access Database backend with a VB6 frontend, originally designed to help run a new recruitment consultancy business. The software was built to their specification and typical recruitment features are implemented, such as; management of clients contacts, candidates, companies, vacancies...

The Access database is password protected with an encryption of the drive serial number that the database is located on. The database can be located anywhere on a network that the frontend program can access however if the database is moved to a different drive you must first use the admin tools to remove the password otherwise it will not be accessible. The database is automatically protected again when a user first logs on if no password is detected. The default Administrator password is: admin.

Having used many DB programs to date I find no 'cons' as so to speak with CCC
Summary
We moved from our existing database to CCC in order to streamline costs and because we wanted a no nonsense database program that retained core functionality of candidate and client information storage, tracking and selection without some of the annoying and unwanted features that other programs have, slowing the process down as a result. The benefits of CCC are that the interface is very user friendly, and that one can easily navigate and draw up specific information instantly. There are ample options within which to track candidate process, to categorise according to role, location, salary, specific skills, etc, etc, etc. This means that the query term is very accurate in pin pointing the perfect candidate for new vacancies. I would suggest that this software is a great grab if you want to keep costs to a minimum whilst maintaining all the essentials of what is required from a database program. As someone who has worked in this space for many years, and experienced many different database software, CCC is a program that I personally find a pleasure to use. I plan to continue to train new recruits to use CCC, and it has become an integral tool in our daily work. I recommend that you try CCC...
