Looks promising, but not for me

Looks promising from the information.
Cons
Cannot get it to run on Windows 7 64 bit. Current pricing is for a minimum of 3 employees, and is more than the price currently listed ($890)

Pros
I also like the fact that the user can custimize his environment because all windows and things can be docked in different areas to suit the user's requirements. Also the application is user friendly and fulfils my maintenance requirements.
Cons
Well actually I basically like most of the application can't really think of something right now.
Summary
What I mostly liked are the colours, and the style in which the application is presented. Also the application is user friendly and meets all the functionalities I was looking in a CMMS and also meets my budget as well, since it is rather cheap compared to other CMMSes.
