Clapper - Formerly NewsClapper for iOS

Clapper is a free video-sharing mobile app designed for users aged 18 and above, enabling them to upload and share video content globally. Unlike many platforms, it emphasizes fewer restrictions, allowing users to freely express opinions on various subjects, particularly politics. Clapper also supports live-streaming, making it a versatile option for sharing real-time events. The app facilitates quick video uploads, with a limit of three minutes per video, ensuring concise content delivery without extensive editing requirements.

The app features unique elements such as the 'clapback' function, allowing users to respond directly to videos with their recordings, and an equal opportunity algorithm that promotes local content. Recent updates have introduced enhanced group chat capabilities, enabling the creation of multiple chats and paid memberships for exclusive content. While it caters primarily to political discourse, Clapper's user-friendly interface and monetization options offer an engaging platform for a variety of video creators.
