The ClaimXperience mobile application allows for users to collaborate with claim professionals in the insurance restoration industry. Through the application, a voice and video call is placed with an insurance professional to stream and record live video with the capability of taking high definition photos consisting of the damages. Users must be invited by a claim professional and receive a conference code to perform video collaborations.
