  Pros

  It was easy to download and Install. It fixed the problem right away and I did not have to do anything else after running the program. The download was very small so it really didn't matter how fast my internet connection was. It was also free!!!

  There was no negatives of this program that I can think of.

  It worked like it said it would and that is all you can ask for. I have not had problems with Google Chrome since installing this patch. It was such a simple process that there is not much more to say. I recommend anyone who is not able to scroll up in Google Chrome to install this patch. You won't regret the decision. Thanks for fixing my problem. The outcome was the best I could hope for. This program really delivered.
