As one of the elite Overlords, your goal is to outsmart your rivals, spread your influence, and make a power grab for ultimate control of the city. Mercenary gangs such as the Suicide Squad and Pain, Inc. are your chief tools of conquest. Finally--a game where strategy gamers get to play the bad guys. There are no worlds to save, no good guys to help, only a futuristic city to dominate in the most challenging strategy war game this side of the Pentagon. The network and modem play (for up to six players) is outstanding, but try playing over the Internet for a real kick.
