Capture and paste of content, text to speech, virtual keyboard, sound recorder, send e-mail.

The CesarUSA Clipboard allows you to: 1) Capture the contents from the Windows Clipboard for reuse. It places them in cells that can be double clicked for pasting onto other programs. 2) Saves the Clipboard data to a file (in a RTF file that can be read by Word). 3) View the contents of the Windows Clipboard data. 4) Clear the Windows Clipboard. 5) Have the program read text with a Microsoft Ana's voice, play it over and over again, pause it, change the speed, and stop it. You can save it as a wave (sound) file. 6) Sound Recorder from the microphone (this feature needs further work for it to work properly). 7) Use its "Advanced Clipboard Manager" to capture images and do other types of captures. It intends to let you drop files, save Html, save links, capture images, save Rich Texts and plain text files. The user presses Ctrl C to copy what he wants and the program saves them in a tree type of menu where the user can reopen them. 8) Have it always on top or not and have it run at Windows startup. 9) Change the program's font color, background color, and the text style. 10) Capture a region of the screen or a portion of a window, or capture the portion of the web page being viewed. 11) Visit the Clipboard's page, the CesarUSA software page, and the CesarUSA.com website.

Pros
When I downloaded the program I noticed that it was a newer version with more features than the one listed in the Download.com website. The program has a menu with three columns: Tools, Settings, and Visit. The Tools menu comes with 7 different functions. If the Capture function is on then the program automatically captures what you load on the Windows Clipboard. That can be turned off if people do not want it. It has a feature they call Talking Clipboard. The user pastes texts in that input window and the program reads the text with a female voice. The Settings menu provides choices for changing the background of the cells, but I prefer the blank one. The Visit menu provides links to the CesarUSA website.
Cons
It starts when Windows starts. I suppose that a newer version will allow that to be turned off.
Summary
It is an inexpensive and easy to use clipboard program. The newest versions are explained in their website and their executable is the same than in the download.com website. Therefore either website provides the latest version, but the one explained in Download.com is sometimes older than the one in the CesarUSA website.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Apr 10, 2013<p/>The explanation in the Download.com website is for the version listed there, but the executable is the same than in the Cesarusa.com website.
