Cat Gatekeeper: App Blocker for Android

Cat Gatekeeper: App Blocker is a unique productivity application designed to help users manage their smartphone usage and enforce breaks. With its playful cat overlay, the app visually interrupts access to distracting applications once user-defined limits are reached. It is particularly beneficial for students, professionals, and individuals with attention challenges, providing features like per-app timers, a Pomodoro-style focus mode, and comprehensive usage statistics. Users can easily set limits for specific applications and monitor their usage patterns to enhance productivity.

The app's functionality revolves around its full-screen overlay that appears when the preset app limit expires, effectively blocking further use until the designated break period concludes. Users can customize the break duration and choose from various animated cat characters, making the interruption more engaging. Cat Gatekeeper also integrates session timers that work with the Pomodoro technique, allowing users to manage work intervals and breaks seamlessly. This combination of features aims to foster better focus and minimize distractions.
